1. Raising awareness regarding all forms of neglect and abuse against children and youth;
2. Educating and providing practical skills to children to prevent abuse;
3. Educating care-givers, especially parents, on child abuse and neglect;
4. Providing counseling and support for abused children;
5. Enhancing anti-child abuse laws in Bahrain and the region;
6. Establishing shelter and care for abused children and youth. |

Environmental Awareness Project. |
| Objectives: |
1. Raising awareness on environmental hazards to alter people’s behavior and protect the environment for future generations;
2. Sensitizing the government, civil society institutions and decision makers to take positive initiatives for the protection of the environment, including: environmental education, protective legislation and environmental diplomacy projects focusing on international cooperation for the protection of the environment. |

1. Establishing an environmental unit at the kindergarten level, and developing a comprehensive curriculum to raise awareness among young children on environmental issues through practical activities such as competitions and field visits;
2. Setting-up an environmental club for students to raise awareness and positive practice through small-scale projects such as recycling and others. |
