" The development plans in Yemen aimed in some of its aspects to enhance abilities in the field on information and information technology with its infrastructure. In this framework many information projects have been adopted to be implemented that aimed to develop infrastructure to enable governmental and other institutions to improve their activities including dissemination activities. According to that the government budget allocated some funds for operating that projects which need more fund to be implemented as a whole. The NIC is following up with international parties to support implementing these projects. "
