" Based on preliminary requirement and basic fundamentals set forth by the e-government to ably the e-services, and taking into consideration the access challenges to e-government in Yemen, we can specify work tasks targeting the achievement of the electronic information infrastructure necessary to bring about e- government as follows:
1- Formulate and implement development plans targeting the preparation of the electronic surrounding.
2- Improve and prepare the governmental and administrative organizational structure.
3- Simplify and facilitate the administrative procedures and achieve promoting and uplifting the administration level in general.
4- Building info systems in the different governmental activities in away conductive to the fulfillment of the comprehensive national information system.
5- Prepare the necessary legislative framework and rights systems.
6- Prepare the communications infrastructure necessary to ensure the regular operation of the e-applications via the line.
7- Build and develop capacities and skills in the field of information and informatics technology.
8- Partner the private sector in achieving the future policies and programs of transformation to the e-government and urge it to comprehend the participation fundamentals in this field.
Publish and spread the digital awareness and promote possessing and using computers at the level of citizens.
