Perhaps it is one of the most complicated missions due to conditions and requirements for its achievement as well as connection with different areas of activity of government, business sectors and the community life in general.
And because the electronic government is not consistent pattern can be experienced and applied from one country to another automatically, but access to e-government should be based on a number of important principles as follows:
- Starting with current situation characteristics and features and not jump over the level of situation development.
- Reliance a clear national vision to path for access to e-government applications and realistic plans ensuring coordination of national efforts and facilities aimed at achieving the required shift in styles and methods of work, as well as govern the shift priorities and through broad participation based on the principle of specialization.
