" Kuwait was an early implementer of Web pages and sites to inform any Internet user of the purpose of respective Kuwait ministries. Some sites were in Arabic and English most were and are in Arabic only. This results in a range of formats for such pages that because of their diverse nature adds difficulty to a common development. CAIT are now committed to a development that would enable all residents, citizens and businesses to find, interpret and use such information published. "
