" The resources for all the eGovernment related activities have till now been obtained through the internal budgets of the ministries. For bigger projects, separate budgets have been allocated in many cases. But the eGovernment Strategy implementation is happening with a dedicated budget for the program and for every project. This will eliminate the delays related to the scarcity of funding due to internal budgetary constraints. "
