" The eGovernment strategy mandates the electronic enablement of over 160 services over the next 3 years. Budgets for the enablement of these services are coming from a separate budget for the eGovernment program which covers not only the capital expenditure but also the operational expenditure. The services in the transact stage at the moment have been enabled through Public Private Partnerships with various agencies. "
