" In order to promote citizen involvement following has been done:1. Voice of customer survey (for citizens, residents and businesses) was carried out to understand the needs and aspirations of the Kingdoms cutomers. The same has been accounted for while drafting the strategy.2. A central feedback mechanism and an ePolling system will be launched soon to facilitate citizens to provide feedback and grievances to the government. Some ministries already have a feedback system in place.Though most of the ministries in the Kingdom are in or have cleared the interact stage, there are some ministries which are yet to achieve this stage. For this, these ministries are being provided appropriate support so that they may reach the interact stage.
