" Exchange of experiences and skill sets within the countries definitely gives an impetus to eGovernment by allowing countries to save on time, money and efforts by learning from the experiences of others.. Moreover, this allows for sharing of resources for tasks such as capacity building. Furthermore, as the culture in ESCWA is similar, any innovative change management approaches and successful marketing and awareness campaigns may be replicated across the region. "
