" ESCWA should partner with UNPAN UN DESA to produce the regional report on e-government. The first report should be out before the end of 2007. The only way to have a say in the measures and impact is to work with UNPAN to reflect the needs and requirements of the reion in the regional report. ESCWA regional ICT profile should be massaged to converge with the UNPAN report. "
