Programme Planning & Technical Cooperation

The Programme Planning and Technical Cooperation Division (PPTCD) is responsible for programme planning and budgeting, programme monitoring and evaluation, technical cooperation management, inter-agency coordination and partnership development. Within a framework of results-based management, PPTCD coordinates all ESCWA operational activities across a range of economic and social development sectors in order to meet both member country priorities and global development agendas.        The Division comprises the Office of the Chief and two sections, namely the Programme Planning and Coordination Section and the Technical Cooperation Section.   Our Team      Our team includes professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds, including specialists in economic and social development, project planning, results-based management, public administration, business administration and international relations.
