A. Palestine Information and Communication Technology Incubator
The Palestine Information and Communication Technology Incubator (PICTI)
was established in 2004 in Ramallah by the Palestinian Information
Technology Association (PITA), Palestine Trade Center (PalTrade),
Palestine Banking Corporation, and the United States Agency for
International Development (USAID).
