LABORSTA - Database of Labour Statistics
Operated by the ILO Bureau of Statistics, this database covers official core labour statistics and estimates for over 200 countries since 1969. It also provides methodological descriptions of main national statistical sources. From 1 January 2008, LABORSTA database has been integrated with the Database on International Labour Migration Statistics (ILM).
 

The World Urbanization Prospects Database
The World Urbanization Prospect Database presents estimates and projections of the total, urban and rural populations of the world for the period 1950-2050. Data are further disaggregated for the 229 countries or areas of the world. The 2007 Revision also provides estimates and projections of the population of urban agglomerations with 750,000 inhabitants or more in 2007 for the period 1950-2025.
 

UNAIDS-WHO Global Surveillance
UNAIDS/WHO estimates are based on all available data, including surveys of pregnant women, population-based surveys, and other surveillance information. UNAIDS views such information as complementary and useful in helping to estimate the number of people living with HIV in a country.
