The aim of this study is to highlight the reality of Omani women in the labor market and the challenges they face. So it has based on the available results from the Census 2010, and the labor force survey 2008, to highlight the aspects that have not been addressed in the census, in addition to administrative data available on employment in the public and private sectors in 2010 to review a copy of Omanis in the labor market, especially women and the challenges they face, Via two major parts. The first section provides a statistical overview of the Sultanate's population and the characteristics of the national workforce, according to statistics available administrative. The second section focuses on the Omani women specifically and reviews the characteristics of workers and job seekers and the challenges they face.
