Kindly
note that pre-registration for the Conference is mandatory,
and before
15 November 2004. If you have received a user name
and password, please fill the "Registration form" below;
otherwise, kindly fill and submit the "Request to Participate"
form, in order to receive an invitation with a user name and
password for pre-registration.
In case
you wish to contribute a paper or a presentation to the
Conference, please specify the title and provide a 100 word
abstract before 31 October 2004. By 1 November 2004, you will
be informed of acceptance of contribution, or apology from
including it within the Conference programme. Once accepted,
the full paper/presentation should be submitted electronically
by 10 November 2004, to allow for reproduction before the
Conference.

information" below, and make your room reservation as soon as
