The Conference
resulted with the launching of the "Damascus Call - Towards
Partnership ýfor Building the Arab Information Society," and
the "Regional Plan of Action for ýBuilding the Information
Society (RPoA)." The RPoA was enhanced on the basis of the
ýProposed RPoA that was presented to the conference, and on
the comments received on ýthe document through an online
forum.ý
